Datalogging with the Easysense Q3

Dataloggers are relatively expensive and schools do not use them on a regular basis. They are a fantastic resource however and they can be loaned from either of The Innovation Centres – Keighley or Bradford. They can measure changes in temperature, light and sound as well as measure changes in heart rate. If you are interested in a datalogging half day in your school please contact the Curriculum ICT team by e-mailing: sarah.hawkins@educationbradford.com

The Innovation Centres have access to 15 EasySense Q3 Dataloggers plus the heart-rate monitors. It is often difficult to teach the children how to use the dataloggers effectively without access to a visualiser.  Data Harvest therefore released a flash file that will run on your IWB. To download the file, save and unzip the file below.
