Maths Theatre Show
As part of World Maths Day, 2 visitors came to our school and put on a maths theatre show called “Mrs Jessop and the math’s lesson of doom.” The show started in the morning at 10:30am and ended at 11:45am. There was a man and a women, who acted out the show. As well as performing in a show, they also taught us fun maths skills.
They taught us counting on/back, percentages, fractions, multipying and dividing by 10 and 100, partitioning, rounding and ajusting. These tips will help you understand and solve problems in life easier and quicker.
Our favourite part was when they asked questions to us on a T.V show called “What’s my number?” We only had 10 seconds to answer them.
What part of the show was your favourite? and why?
