Well done to all those children who wrote their entries for Week 31, there were some very interesting pieces of writing about what Tim and Moby discovered. The Miriam Lord Gems will be announced here on the blog soon.
Now, for the next challenge. Mrs Skinner and her team are very excited because the 100 Word Challenge blog has been nominated for an award in the Educational Blog Awards 2012 in the category of “Most Influential Blog of the Year”. These are the same awards that our school blog has been nominated in but for a different category.
The prompt this week then is to write a piece of persuasive writing. It can be to tell people about the 100WC and why they should join in or vote for it or something completely different. You must just convince them to do what you want!
When you have written your work (and counted the words), add it to this blog as a post with your first name and class, not as a comment. We will then link it to the 100 Word Challenge blog. Please come and see the Digital Leaders to learn how to post your own entries.
The prompt is open until the 29th of May.

Good luck!
