You should drink water because it helps your brain think. You should have plenty of rest because it will help you concentrate. You should do plenty of exercise to help you keep fit! You should not eat alot of faty food but one a day would be fine. Remember not to eat to much!
For breakfast you could have cereal like fruitin fibre and pure orange juice. For lunch you could have salaad, cheese in brown bread with apple juice.
Remember to keep healthy, fit because its important!
