Hello Malaikah, I am so pleased that you made this choice as I have not heard of this book but the energetic way you have written your challenge makes me want to read it. I do like stories where an everyday, sometimes boring life, is transported into the unusual and it seems from your writing that this is one of those - well done!

Hi Uzma, thank you for sharing your 100 word challenge. This sounds like a great book to read (especially if you have a sister!) I have two sisters and we were always falling out like Marty and Melissa when we were younger. I like how you end with a question as it makes me want to find out if Marty and Melissa do get along in the end, I hope they do! Have you read any other books by the same author?
Keep on reading and entering the 100 word challenge!
Mrs Jones :-)

Hello Fatima - what a super 100wc! You've written this so well, including heaps of terrific language. One improvement to make is to take another close look at your punctuation - is there any you might have missed?

This story sounds very interesting , and I really like mystery stories because they make me imagine what might happen at the end. I really like the tittle of the book because it is catchy and it makes you think what will happen through out the book. Charlie sounds like a interesting character in the book and I think when you write a story of your own you can link it to this interesting and imaginable story. Well done laiba and always remember to keep your writing adventurous!

Well done, Mariyam! I love the sorry of Pinocchio so I was really pleased to read your re-telling of it! I'm not sure it all makes sense, though. Have you read it though? Because I am sure ou will be able to spot and correct a few silly mistakes.

Keep up the great writing :)

Hi Fatima,

Well done on retelling the story of Cinderella so clearly. I can see you are working on your punctuation which always helps to make more sense of a story. See if you can change the way you start your sentences next time.

Well done,

Mr Connor

Armaan,

Sounds like just the type of book that I would like to read. I think it is interesting to find out facts about the way the world works. A steam powered plane does indeed sound dodgy, I don't think that I would like to travel on one!

Your review has not only made me want to read the book but also taught me some facts too!

Thank you for telling us about this book Sahiba, it is not a book I know. I really like cats, so it sounds like a book that I would like to read. You summed up the story well, and made it interesting by asking a question at the end of your review. It is good to know that you like reading, have you read any other books by Michael Morpurgo?
Was it difficult to sum up your favourite book in only 100 words?

Hi Mariyam,
You have written an interesting overview of Pinocchio for the 100WC.
Try reading over your writing before posting to check your full stops and commas. Good effort :)
