During this season I would like to capture video and photos of the children participating in the Challenge, in order to do this I need permission from parents to use the images of the children concerned. Can you ensure that any pupils taking part have completed and returned the document below to you to grant this permission? If the parents do not grant this permission can you ensure that any of the consultants working with your children are made aware of this? If you are using children's images on your school website or learning platform it is good idea to get permission from parents with a similar letter.
