Education Bradford's Curriculum ICT Team are launching their third podcasting competition sponsored by Lightbox Education in October 2009. Every Bradford Learning Network subscriber primary school received a full site license copy of Podium MT at the beginning of the last academic year. The idea behind the competition is for schools to embrace these new technologies and use them creatively across the curriculum. The focus for this year's primary competition will be "News at 10 (years old)". The winning pupils will not only receive some great prizes from Lightbox Education, they will also be trained to become the official "Media Team" at bMobLe's "Next Generation Learning" Conference on May 20th 2010.

There will also be a podcast of the month competition running throughout October, November, January and February. The winning podcasts in these smaller competitions will have their podcasts aired on the Curriculum ICT website.
