E-safeguarding Newsletter Insafe provide a monthly newsletter around e-safeguarding and we recommend all schools subscribe to this by clicking here Becta launch new safeguarding area The first phase of Becta's new safeguarding area went live recently to coincide with Safer Internet Day and our successful 3rd biennial safeguarding conference: Empowering children and young people in a digital world. Taking a topic-based approach, the new portal aims to consolidate Becta's e-safety materials for all audiences, while also providing multimedia exemplar materials to demonstrate e-safety in practice. It evaluates the extent to which the schools taught pupils to adopt safe and responsible practices in using new technologies, and how they achieved this.
