Digital cameras are very useful for participant observations.

Use 2 Simple Photo for phot editing. Children can change photos to make really interesting images - very easy to use with Year 1 but could be used in Early Years. Leanne Truesdale

Put your photos on a digital photoframe in your enterance for parents to see. Get children to go out and take photos of the signs of spring, winter etc.
Use photographs when role playing so children can order the story using pictures of themselves.
Photograph your signs for talk for writing story maps to help trigger memory when learning your stories.
Go on shape/minibeast/number hunts etc with digital cameras.
